Island Magic opened its doors on February 15th 2010 with 10 rooms and grew steadily as the owners have continually reinvested and keep upgrading the property. With the latest renovation in 2016 after Hurricane Earl, the hotel now has 20 rooms as follows: 3 Ground Floor Pool View Rooms 3 Second Floor Ocean View Rooms 3 Third Floor Ocean View Rooms 3 Fourth Floor Ocean View Rooms 8 Island View Rooms (two on each floor)
