Applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 2 years working experience in accounting preferably in the hotel industry. Previous experience working with food cost.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, team player, weekends and on Public and Bank Holidays.
Preparation of Financials reports on a monthly basis.
Supervise Accounting Clerks and resolve problems that might arise.
Compile and analyze financial information and document business transactions.
Resolve accounting discrepancies. Maintain Fixed Assets.
Responsibility for daily audit control over the revenue, accounts receivable, food and beverage accounting and general accounting functions of the hotel to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
Analysis of the daily operations of purchases and consumption of the different outlets with the aim of promoting the best results in costs of food and beverages in the Bar and Restaurant.
